We had very respectful and good service here. The woman who dealt with us was very polite and had a lovely manner. She was also very knowledgeable about the procedures and all aspects of the coop service from dealing with the pre-cremation viewing to what would happen on the day and how we deal with internment. I have no idea regarding costs as a different family member took care of this. I would recommend their service on the basis that they were kind and considerate throughout.

As a family we definitely made the right choice when it came to choosing Co-op funeral care in Lancaster Road Enfield. Jade and Adam showed compassion from beginning to end and completely understood our wishes. The celebrant that Jade recommended was Roya Collins, she was amazing and the service she conducted was perfect, my darling wife could not have had a better, more intimate send off. Thank you all for making things a little easier during an extremely upsetting and stressful time.

They were incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. Communication was slacking on their part inbetween appointments but when you call or have a meeting they are great. I would 100% use them again when the time comes.

The staff at Lancaster Road did their best to look after me and my brother and our mum who died. I had questions for the Funeral Director after the funeral regarding how mum looked in the chapel of rest and the Director was very patient and understanding. I was happy with the explanation given. thank you for taking care.
