So I’ve seen the reviews for this place and honestly, it did worry me but finances meant I had to take a chance. And I have to say that the service we received was really great. The ladies there were very helpful at a time when I wasn’t sure. Ruby was always on hand and the people there made it easy and were very transparent. I understand that not everyone got the service I got by the sound of things but it wouldn’t be right to not say that sometimes, people can get it right. Thank you staff including the undertakers also

Called them 5 times since February for my mother's memorial. And no-one has bothered to call back
To use this slap-dash company, would be to disrespect your loved one. They'd ruin an already very sad occasion.

Shocking service from this company my father died at home yesterday and we called them when we was ready... to find out about them collecting him n funeral arrangements we was told with no sympathy in their voice they would call us back 1 hr later no call we called again n told rudely they was busy with another family n we would simply have to wait with no time scale eventually called back to be told she will call back but she has another family to deal with in 10 min ..we recieved no call back but thankfully we found another company who was much more professional and quickly came to collect m
