My father passed away in July and when we call up and getting it organised and from the flower to the order of service and music how dad was taken care so well and on the day of the funeral the funeral director was so caring and helpful with the family and days after call us to see how everything was so lovely. And taken all the pressure out from us was beautiful.

I don't normally leave reviews but I can't fault the team at Kingsbury Jacqueline was very helpful in the preparation process and kept me up to date, Shelley the Celebrant I would highly recommend she did a fantastic job and Catherine the funeral director and her team were fantastic and made everything personal as I messaged her for info the day before and then a message the day after the funeral asking how the wake went and anything else I wanted just ask which is above and beyond

The staff at Kingsbury, from Georgina to the Funeral Director, have been lovely from start to finish. Georgina also called my family afterwards to see if we were all ok. Would definitely recommend. Father passed away recently. Mother asked me to try and arrange through this co-op, rang head office and spoke to a disinterested member of staff took my number and said they would call back, heard nothing. Rang again the next day same thing. Still to this day haven’t heard back. So ask yourself, when you are grieving and having to arrange something you wish you weren’t. How would you feel if this company treated you like this? Save your time and money and go through a small independent funeral directors, this is a big company that look at figures and shareholders rather than the people they s
