Jay Belshaw was the celebrant for my Nan’s funeral .. we cannot recommend him highly enough … it wasn’t a sad funeral it was a celebration of her life. He injected just the right amount of humour but was very respectful. Mum recorded an audio message to be played at the ceremony for Nan and many guests mentioned how special that was. Overall very accommodating, very professional. Highly recommend!

Gayna was the best … professional and caring. She walked me through everything and NOTHING was too much trouble .. I lost my Dad a year ago and he had a direct cremation … it meant my poor mum didn’t get a chance to grieve so I wanted to bring dad into her service .. I was heard, I was helped .. I was kept informed the whole way through with care and dignity. Thankyou for making mums send off bespoke I am eternally grateful

Thank you to Gayna for her compassion and professionalism when we arranged Dads funeral with Coop Funeralcare Elm Park. The care and attention was amazing, nothing was too much trouble despite all our questions and we were able to incorporate Dads wishes (and love of West Ham!). The respect shown was excellent and there was clear communication the whole time. We had Jay Belshaw as the celebrant and we cannot recommend him enough, he helped us with ideas and suggestions. Jay held an amazing service and celebration of Dads life, he has a way of making you laugh even at the saddest of times! Th

I cannot thank Gayna Griffiths, at Elmpark Co-op Funeralcare, and her team enough for the help and support they gave myself and my family throughout the whole process of planning my mums funeral. Myself and family can honestly say that Gayna especially, and the team went to every effort in what was a heartbreaking situation and smooth transition. Even when I had my moments of fear and panic. I never felt under pressure, hurried or that I wasn't listened too. Everything was explained in plain English and I received regular updates. It was a beautiful funeral, which was done in accordance to our

Gayna from the Elm Park branch and Cristobel from Upminster were amazing at helping us to put together the funeral for mum. We had a church service followed by the crem and used them for our order of service too - Jack and team were great on the day and we felt supported in our choices and the planning throughout honestly so much praise for them all they were wonderful.
