From the moment we stepped into the Hayes branch until the day of our Dad/Grandad’s funeral the service was professional and compassionate. Nothing was a problem for Gemma, our funeral arranger. She responded instantly to all emails and supported us with any changes we needed to make in the lead up to the funeral. Alan, who led the funeral procession for us, was so caring and attentive to the family, especially to our Mum/Nan and checked on her throughout the service. My original review vanished. I was looked after by Martin and he did a top job. He did his best to ask all necessary questions, reassure me that all would be well and he did his best to take care of me on the day. Top bloke and he directed the funeral very well. This being the first funeral I've had to arrange, I had no idea about everything that goes into it. It's a lot to put together and as I had no family, it meant everything to have someone take care of it all on the day. I recommend asking for Martin (though I don't have experience of the others). Thank you.
