Dave was honestly the most polite and patient person. He supported us with such care while arranging my grandmother’s funeral. He reassured us that she was in safe hands and guided us through the options until we were completely happy with everything. The funeral went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better send-off for our grandmother. Dave truly gave us peace of mind during a very difficult time. Absolutely brilliant! There is nothing that we could find fault with, the customer service was highly professional. We were put at ease from our very first phone call to after the funeral - all the staff were helpful and considerate. David is amazing and such an asset to the company.
