My mum had a Co-op funeral plan bought some years ago. Mum sadly passed away on 21 September 2025. From that moment Marie from Burnt Oak branch guided us every step of the way until everything was done in very successful and most respectable way. They communicated well with me to confirm that each event was covered and double checked. I think Client also has a responsibility to make sure everything is double checked. On the 16 /7/24 my father passed away unexpectedly, we choose to use the co-op funeral services at burnt oak branch as we had previously used 3 years before for my mother’s funeral, we paid & choose flowers in branch for the funeral that were specific to my father , on the morning of the funeral whilst waiting for the hearse to come to the house we received a call from them half hour before saying they were sorry they had forgotten to confirm the flower order so we had none they did make us a spray for the coffin but this was not what we ordered we were devastated as a family this could happe
