Thank you for assisting my sister and I to organise my brothers funeral. Dolores helped us us with everything taking away the worry from us as to how we’re were going to cope with it all. She guided us through what we needed to do and decide in a very friendly and relaxed manner. Thank you Delores

Delores was very helpful and supportive in arranging my mum's funeral and made sure I knew all the options avaiIable. I especially appreciated that Delores arranged for Mike Faun to be the minister as he'd led my dad's funeral so beautifully a couple of years ago. Jon, the funeral director, was very sensitive and attentive on the day of the funeral. Thanks everyone for helping to make it such a lovely celebration of my mum's life.

Delores was most helpful at this difficult time, she went above and beyond to care for our needs. She telephoned us a couple of days after the service to make sure everything had gone to plan. The celebrant she suggested Mike was just right for us. The whole day went without a hitch. Thank you to Delores, Mike , John (funeral director) and team for the care you all took.

Had to go here as it was the nearest branch after Bermondsey closed. Such a terrible experience. A huge lack of empathy and very disorganised. It seems we were made to pay for taking out a basic plan with an awful service. We got told we could have services included in the funeral, then told we couldn't have it because we should have taken out a better plan, even when we asked to have them added and we would pay we were told we couldn't have anything we wanted. If it wasn't for my mum going up there five days prior to the service we would have missed the service as we weren't told the funeral
