When my husband passed away Tracey was my rock, without her I would not be able to go through it. She guided me every step of the way she and her colleague made me feel so comfortable and it made everything easier. She was a great should to lean on and Tracey is an asset to the company.king regards, Michelle Somers

Our loving father passed away 11 dec 2019. We had to arrange the funeral but didnt know where to start. We shopped around for the best price and then we called COOP Funeral home in Downham and made an appt to go along and we spoke to a young lady called Verity. She made us feel very relaxed . Her empathy and patience was shown the whole time we were in touch. It was not easy having to keep changing the arrangements but Verity Made us feel like it was no rush and to take our time. Verity is not permanent at Downham, she is a floater. But if anyone wants to sit with Verity then ask Paul at down

Unfortunately we had the worst possible customer service with this branch of Co-op. We have put in a formal complaint but without any resolution. In short, we were provided with incorrect information, were rushed to make decisions and treated without respect because we had purchased one of the cheaper packages. The only saving grace throughout the process was the staff at the Thamesmead branch, Simon in particular and Craig. They made the day before, and the day of the funeral run smoothly and with great care and dignity.
