After care from the company has been very disappointing, I paid extra to have my husbands ashes brought to me by a courier so I did not have to wait to long. After calling to find out why we had not received them I was told they would get them to me within a couple of days. I waited for nearly 4 weeks, and I only got them then because I got upset on the phone. We paid for finger prints also we are still waiting for them. No one returns our phone calls.
