The Sunday evening before her funeral I was called by the nan who says he would be leading the funeral and gave me his phone number to contact him if any problems or queries I checked with the office a day or so before the funeral to double check all arrangements. On the morning of the funeral whilst traveling on the M1 I had a call from the florist to say they couldn’t deliver the flowers as the shop was closed . I tried to call the office and unable to get them to answer . I phoned the undertaker and he had no ide
