I cannot thank Jade from the co-op Funeral Service in Broxbourne enough. She was so easy to talk to about our wished for my Dads funeral She was such a comfort at a really sad time and treated us with respect and patience. I don’t tend to leave reviews but today was a must! I attended a funeral, held at Woollensbrook Crematorium, was conducted with great dignity and care. Everything was handled smoothly, which made a very difficult day much easier. I would especially like to praise the funeral director, Megan, who was exceptional throughout. Jade was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, giving impartial advice and information. Jade made the whole process easy and helped to make us feel at ease, giving us options and more importantly time to make our decisions. This was the first time we have had to arrange a funeral and the co-op were recommended by a friend and I would glady recommend them too. The whole experience has been very friendly, helpful and pleasant considering the circumstances!

The most excellent lady ever you could deal with has to be Jade Jackson. She has truly been so professional as well as sympathetic and comforting through the whole experience from arranging the funeral, chapel of rest visits, music, stationery, lapel pins and final interment of my parents as well as ordering the plaque from the masonry company.
