She was so easy to talk to about our wished for my Dads funeral She was such a comfort at a really sad time and treated us with respect and patience. I attended a funeral, held at Woollensbrook Crematorium, was conducted with great dignity and care. Everything was handled smoothly, which made a very difficult day much easier.
I would especially like to praise the funeral director, Megan, who was exceptional throughout. She was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful, ensuring every detail was taken care of. She was also immaculately presented and a real credit to her profession. Her calm and compassionate manner was truly reassuring.

The most excellent lady ever you could deal with has to be Jade Jackson. She has truly been so professional as well as sympathetic and comforting through the whole experience from arranging the funeral, chapel of rest visits, music, stationery, lapel pins and final interment of my parents as well as ordering the plaque from the masonry company. She remembered our shamrock theme and suggested would we like shamrocks on the plaque - how thoughtful.
