★★★★★
I was very impressed with the very professional yet friendly approach by all members of the Co-op team, available to help and advise throughout the process. Even getting a choice of flowers that fitted the person and the occasion.
★★★★★
I chose the Co-Op Funeral Care for my mother who passed away at the beginning of March. I had a meeting with Paulina who was very compassionate, patient and answered any questions that I needed to ask so the experience wasn’t as stressful as I thought it might be.
★☆☆☆☆
Very poor, I can only hope they have improved. An utter lack of respect considering the the emotions of parting with your loved ones. Staffing issues meant the branch was not open, and most of our business had to be done in Beckenham branch. A complete lack of contact and even flowers could not be delivered to Bromley. A total lack of professionalism, and totally regret letting them take my Uncle on his final journey. I trust that there is someone in situ now that cares....
