★★★☆☆ With regards to arranging a gravestone, front of service were helpful. Unfortunately when it came to placement date of the gravestone there was a delay which I only found out about after I rang to query the exact date of when it would be "ready".
I wrote to the complaints team and am still waiting for a response.
The gravestone has now been placed, but I am disappointed not to have had a response from the complaints team and am still waiting!
★☆☆☆☆ I hope this funeral home steps up the plate when it comes to dealing with peoples loved ones face to face as over the phone they are very abrupt and rude.
I was making an enquiry and the lady’s I spoke to on the phone was very abrupt and dismissive. Not sure if it was a bad day or if that is the general tone of the business. Either way definitely something to consider when dealing with any clientele.
