★☆☆☆☆ If only the quality of service matched their slick advertising. I used them this year for a relatives funeral. Very sloppy administration, late reimbursement of costs due to cyber attack, unempathetic complaints response and other issues. I certainly didn't feel the love and help during my contact with them.
