Sadly my experience does not match those already here.
I called in at their office the day after my mother died. The door was locked, something I'd not expected. A lady hurried to the door to tell me they were busy and wouldn't be able to see me until the following Tuesday.
Whilst I accept that a place may be busy. I did not expect to find a locked door nor a person who appeared so keen to get rid of me to that she barred me from even stepping inside.
I was left very upset.
