I want to thank you for all your hard work and effort in helping me arrange the funeral. If it wasn't for you, I don't know what I would have done. I did speak to Dean ( on-call)on Saturday, who by the way was also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn't arrange a viewing. Darren, was equally helpful when he rang a short time later. We went through the details of the hearce's journey and we decided he would stop by my home. I would then follow him to the crematorium. He also, very kindly printed out 20 order of service sheets for me. I very much appreciated this. I am not technically

Outstanding service from start to finish. Manager Lorraine was exceptionally helpful, offering clear guidance and responding promptly to all our requests. The choice of Rev. Dawn Collinson Quarry to lead the funeral service was perfect—she conducted it with genuine compassion, empathy and kindness. On the day, Funeral Director Darren and his team were highly professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly and with dignity. I would wholeheartedly recommend Co-op Funeralcare Balham for their exemplary support and care.

At this particularly sad time for us, we were fortunate enough to meet Jo at Balham funeralcare, who with kindness and sensitivity looked after us through every step of the process from start to finish. Her genuine caring nature has helped us more than we can say. Thanks Jo. Forever grateful, Gary and Jean True.

Sadly my experience does not match those already here. I called in at their office the day after my mother died. The door was locked, something I'd not expected. A lady hurried to the door to tell me they were busy and wouldn't be able to see me until the following Tuesday. Whilst I accept that a place may be busy. I did not expect to find a locked door nor a person who appeared so keen to get rid of me to that she barred me from even stepping inside. I was left very upset.
