The service and care provided by Judy was excellent also very professional. Judy organised everything, she was very approachable and friendly too. Judy was able too get the date and time we required and a celebrant to. The all round service provided by Judy and the staff was absolutely brilliant. We had a very unfortunate incident with the funeral service for my loved one this week. The photo slide show that was organised through Hampton Hill branch was not uploaded properly by the provider which resulted in two malfunctions to the slideshow which only played 8 slides on loop. The delay at the start of the service due to the wrong holding photo being displayed also resulted in a rushed service by the celebrant. All in all what was already a very sad occasion became extremely distressing and my loved one was not given the fitting tribute he deserved. What followed after was a blame game
