From the moment we met her, she showed such kindness and compassion towards us as a family and supported us throughout the whole process. She took her time to talk us through our options and the steps we needed to go through, showing empathy, patience and understanding at all stages. Her regular 'check in' phone calls continued even after our dad's funeral, and for this we will be forever grateful. Nothing was too much trouble for Donna and her team who showed Dad the utmost respect as soon as they took him into their care. O

Following the passing of my beloved father-in-law we chose to go to Aaron Blacks to put him to rest. From the first conversation with Donna I knew that my family and father-in-law were going to be in great hands and I wasn’t wrong.
