★☆☆☆☆ The most unprofessional Disrespectful service from a company. From being wrongly informed about where the cremation would actually take place, to the four page speech being totally messed up this was the worst service we have received. To be told to expect a telephone call to collect the ashes in a couple of weeks we had to ring them 7 weeks later to only then find out the cremation was out of the county. There really is no wonder this company chase you for money they have no respect for people's feelings.
