We lost mum very unexpectedly and very suddenly, in February. She had a funeral plan in place with Jonathan Whiting Funeral Directors. Sarah immediately took us under her wing, and guided us through every aspect of the funeral and cremation process. She sat with us, talked with us, comforted us, and was there every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and Sarah remained in contact, via telephone and email, with the reassurance we could contact her at any time. My dad pasted away on 2nd July. My dad passed away suddenly. Ian was absolutely amazing from start to finish arranging dad's funeral. Ian was So kind and had the time for me. He listened to me and any worries I had we could discuss. I was able to call and come and see dad anytime. He made dad look good wearing his Newcastle United football shirt also I was able to drape a black and white united kingdom coffin drape over dad's coffin. Nothing was a trouble. Outstanding service. Ian and his team were amazing every step of way. Losing a loved one is heartbreaking and the thought of organising the funeral is difficult but Ian made everything so much simpler. The day was orchestrated with such precision and was an absolutely perfect celebration of my dad’s life. It didn’t stop there, they sorted collection of ashes and his final resting place.
