My mums funeral was yesterday and after previously having McCartneys funeral service for my dad back in 2022 when mum passed away we knew we wanted them again. The staff here are so warm and approachable throughout a difficult time. I have no negatives at all. Courtney was the lady who we spoke to throughout from our first meeting until the funeral. Absolutely brilliant. We have used McCartneys twice now for funerals and once for an internment. The staff are lovely and cater for all needs no matter how small or how silly you think it may be. Cannot thank them enough for making 2 sad days lovely.

We couldnt have wished for a better send off for my sister. The service was sincere and heartfelt. We as her family, were treated with compassion and utmost respect. Thank you to all the staff who turned an awful day into a lovely day.

Would love to leave 5 stars great staff made all arrangements easy and smooth. Just very disappointed and upset with part of the funeral. I took a large framed picture of the deceased with specific instructions we wanted it displayed at the church. When we attended the funeral we did not see it. Upon asking about it, we were told it had gone in the coffin. I really don’t understand how this could have happened. Just disappointed as the staff were so good and helpful with all the planning.
