★★★★★
Kind and professional. We dealt with a lovely lady called Barbara, she went above and beyond to ensure our dad’s funeral went well. Advised us about all aspects of arrangements. Was very considerate, we never felt rushed at any appointments we had. All staff were professional.
★★★★★
Ashley and his team were fantastic in my experience with them. Really lovely people providing a fantastic service. I could not fault them. They're the gold standard when it comes to funeral care in my view.
★★★★★
Arranging a funeral for someone who passed away at a relatively young age and unexpectedly is always going to be difficult, made harder by the fact that the person concerned wouldn't have wanted funeral. We were set to plan a direct cremation, until we were repeatedly asked when the funeral was going to be, we felt like we needed to mark the occasion but this couldn't be a regular funeral. After our initial chat and discussing our suggestions, We purchased the casket from a 3rd party and had it delivered to the funeral home, arranged our own flowers (using the motorbike helmet of the deceased
★★★★★
Absolutely lovely staff at the cooperative funeral-care, took care of my mum as if she was their own & looked after us when we visited to sort my mums day out. Especially Jenny who did an amazing job with helping us with my mums day (I say day bcoz I don’t like the “F” word 😑), Jenny is a lovely kind lady inside & out, she deserves more than a 5🌟rating I doubt we would of been able to do it without her so thank you and the coop for your service.
★★★★★
The co op funeral have been amazing with everything they did for my daughter. Under the unbearable circumstances the coffin and funeral was beautiful and a massive thank you to dawn for being so kind and understanding. Xxxx
