The staff were very helpful and efficient. Sue and Gerry in particular were very kind and understood what was important to us. They were mindful of the best times to contact me and I didn't feel rushed to make decisions which was much appreciated. Tarnia and team were efficient, respectful and dignified and ensured that on the day of the funeral I didn’t have to worry about anything. This allowed me to focus on supporting my family and reflecting on the good times we had shared with mum.
