I would like to thank everyone at N + K Harvey’s in Coppull, especially Dave and Neil for everything they have done to help in arranging our Mum’s funeral. It was such a lovely day, everyone has given us so many compliments about how it went and it was such a lovely surprise when we went to carry Mum's coffin as Dave and Neil should have been on their way home (they were only meant to transport her, not stay for the service) but Dave just swooped in out of nowhere and took control of us and helped with carrying her and lowering her down, we really can’t express how nice this was of them to st

My dad died February 6, 2019 at 22.05. We arrived 5 minutes too late. My dad had taken life insurance out decades before. He and I made sure this was sorted out with the insurance company prior to his death. The staff here are gentle and completely competent at this hard time to cope. They collected the body from Preston hospital, and then allowed family to see his body a few times. They also allowed us to select from many options, such as my dad was a train engineer, we had his coffin with a special Flying Scotsman logo laminate completely covering it! We paid in two separate amounts. Also
