This final part of life is a very personal choice in every aspect. It's very important as it's the very last thing you can do for a loved one. At the Co-op funeral care I was given clear choices and kindness. Even though we had chosen a direct cremation it was treated with such respect. I know that my mum was taken care of because of the care bestowed on me. Thank you so much

What a wonderful service. Tom and Joanne went above and beyond to ensure my mother's send off was tailored perfectly to be a day she would have loved. They organised extra little touches so that people from her work could pay their respects, and the vicar from her own church performed the service. The efforts were deeply appreciated and the day was heartfelt and more like a celebration of a wonderful life.

Can not praise to highly so very kind and professional, even ringing the day after my brother's cremation to find out how myself and mother were this is above and beyond what I expected.

We went to the Coop funeralcare as my husband had used them previously for his Mum's funeral and had receieved such great service. Charlotte and Jo have been outstanding in looking after the funeral for our Mum, Dad's wife - everything was taken care of in a thoughtful and extremley compassionate way. They were both caring and thoughtful and made a difficult situation better than we thought. They exceeded our expectations and we are grateful for this support and the service provided. Our family would hihgly nrecommend Funercare in St Annes, both Charlotte and Jo.
