Rebecca was exceptional throughout the funeral arrangements and on the day itself. She handled everything with genuine compassion, professionalism and attention to detail, which made a very difficult time much easier to manage. Her calm and reassuring manner helped guide us through each step and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. On the day, everything ran smoothly and with dignity, exactly as we had hoped and that is a real credit to her. We’re very grateful for the care and respect she showed to both our family and to Bob.

My sister and I had the great pleasure of meeting with Rebecca. From our first meeting she has been completely personable. She very quickly “got us” and spoke to us in a way that made everything feel so comfortable. Most importantly for us she was completely reassuring and gave us confidence that nothing would be forgotten, overlooked or missed. Rebecca made regular check in calls and was a perfect guide through this emotionally difficult process. I went to the Chapel of Rest to see my dad, and he was presented exactly as I wanted, the attention to detail was incredible and he looked beautiful
