Where do I start well has to be with the wee legend that is Mary she was so helpful lovely understanding and awesome from 1st visit staight to the funeral day of my baby brother am not easy to deal with but Mary knew exactly how to and made my worst weeks so much easier in brighter Then there's Lynn can't fault the lady either she helped sort the custom order of services in memory cards with my self in Mary even tho I stressed them out pus my cousin but there delivered what I wanted 10 out of 10 1st class then we have Kenny Chris in Beth again awesome wee team Kenny knowledge was 2nd to none

I have to provide such a low score, as we found ourselves in the position the day before mum’s funeral still without a coffin. Despite requesting updates and asking about our options no-one was willing to discuss this. This meant that family members didn’t get to see our mum (the team did offer out of hours on the night before, but not all the family live nearby). I can’t describe how I felt at 11.30am on the Monday being asked to select an alternative coffin (with no clarity on what coffins were available) to be able to lay my mum to rest the next morning.
