I knew my dad was in safe hands every step of the way, which gave me great peace of mind and took a lot of the worry away. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. On the funeral day, key mourners were held up following a road traffic accident on the M26. They made sure that all the moving parts were kept informed and were able to reassure us that everyone would wait and not to worry. We had some unusual requests, which were facilitated with ease.
