Viner & Sons had handled the funeral of my father so professionally that when my husband tragically passed away at home after a short illness I automatically called Viners. The gentlemen who collected my husband were immaculately dressed, ultra respectful and allowed me extra time with him. I had a meeting with the wonderful Debbie Fortune who explained everything. My husband passed away on 12th December and we were guided and supported every step of the way by Debbie in arranging the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and the daunting experience was made easier by the wonderful team at Viner. Lana was the Funeral Director on the day and a huge comfort to us all. Also a special thanks to Sam Gilmore for the wonderful service. It was all exemplary.

This review relates to the funeral services offered through Viners Kings Hill shop. When my wife passed away shortly before Christmas, it was a very difficult time for the family. Jo at Viners supported us in an exemplary manner, and being locally based made the whole process so much easier. Arranging the funeral of a loved one is something that thankfully we don't have to do often and professional, kind and understanding help is vital. This Jo provided in abundance helping us through to a fitting and memorable send off for our loved one.

I am so grateful that I used Viner & Sons for my mums funeral service. Nathan was brilliant at making this difficult time easy and stress free. From arranging the day, setting up the webcast and obituary online, honestly, I can't rate him high enough.
