Thank you so much to Michelle, who was absolutely kind and helpful when we arranged my Mums funeral. She explained everything clearly and gave us lots of information and choice and guided us through the whole process very gently. Also a big thank you to James Huntington the Celebrant who was absolutely amazing. It made the whole experience so easy to navigate.

We are so glad we chose Mears in Biggin Hill for the funeral of my Dad. Melissa took our family under her wing and helped us to plan and think about options we had not even considered. She guided and supported us every step of the way for which we will be forever grateful. Very pleased with the service I received when arranging my wife's funeral. Lucy, in the Biggin Hill office, was friendly, kind, considerate and very helpful explaining the options and costs and also other things that I needed to consider, such as the type of service, decoration of the coffin, order of service and visual tribute. On the day of the funeral the staff accompanying the hearse and limousine ensured that everything went without a hitch. Overall the service offered by Mears was excellent.

My sister and I used Mears in Biggin Hill for the funeral of both our parents, as we had a joint funeral. Lucy was very professional and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble.
