Rik has the perfect combination of compassion and a great sense of humour. During our first meeting to arrange our mother's funeral, he lifted myself and my brother Bruce out of an extremely dark place. We left with a sense of relief, knowing all the arangements were in very safe, capable hands. The day of the Funeral went without any problems, timed to perfection and with complete respect.
