The staff were very kind and caring. Nothing was to much for them. Keeping in contact throughout the whole process. On the day of the funeral the timing was perfect from my house to the Crematorium. Every care was made to ensure our comfort. The service booklets were ready for our guests. After the service we were able to greet our family and friends. Our cars were waiting for us to take us back. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you to Matt, Laura, Carly and Jenny

We laid my mum to rest yesterday and the co-op Tonbridge, especially Leoni and Graham, delivered such a beautiful service and exceptional care throughout. They helped us put together such a colourful, personal service. I can't recommend them more highly.

The staff were efficient and very friendly and understanding of all my needs and that of my two sons. They helped us enormously through the process of the cremation and the service. I was able to see my husband before we laid him to rest. Which was done with great reverence and thoughtfulness of the staff as to my feelings on that sad occasion. I can not fault the service of the co op funeral arrangements and would recommend the service to anybody who may need them now or in the future.

I wouldn’t bother if our experience is anything to go by. We were so badly let down, with no explanation, that we had to change funeral directors. Even after the event we have still not received any acknowledgment!
