The time and care that the team at the Sittingbourne branch took to make sure we had everything we required was exemplary. Their attention to detail was so helpful in taking the burden off the family and Louise and Delphine made certain we had every confidence everything would go smoothly. Thank you so much from all the family

I am so happy that we used co-op Sittingbourne. Being on the back foot with mum passing so quickly they were really easy to deal with and considering the situation went over and above board to help. Louise and the team did a great job on the day. Everything was dignified and I couldn't ask for more

I feel that Co-Op Funeral Care has had some extremely negative reviews online so felt compelled to give my review. I used the services of thus Company AFTER reading the reviews. Once my Mum's Funeral had been booked, I happened to come across these reviews and became very sceptical and therefore did not expect much. To the contrary, I was very pleased with the dignified way Mum's Funeral was arranged and handled. Yes, they did need chasing a few times but this was due to their extreme busy-ness during Covid times. The delay was in fact due to Medway Hospital not getting their act together in r

The is place is appalling. They have made mistake after mistake and lied to cover up their incompetence. My brother is still waiting for a refund after almost a month, they did'nt even volunteer the information he actually had to ask for it. To add further insult they "forgot" to inform the family that they have had my nephews ashes for over 15 days. They deal with people at the one of the most heartbreaking and vunerable times of their lives and should be ashamed at the way they conduct their business. Save yourself the heartache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

absolutely awful service from this place. Forgot to arrange a celebrant, asked us if we were supplying a photo for the Order of Service (we already had) and put wrong flowers in the hearse on the day of the funeral. No real apology. I had to chase them on everything. Was promised a refund for the flowers that were misplaced (presumably they were put in another hearse) two weeks ago. Still not received it. So, having dealt with their incompetence, I now face their lies and deceit. The stress these clowns caused was immense. DO NOT use this cowboy outfit.
