Excellent experience (for a second time). Issey and Carli handled my stepmothers funeral arrangements with warmth and calm efficiency. They explained everything, they checked everything and their empathy made a real difference. I would absolutely recommend Co-Op Rainham to anyone.

Carli, Issey and Carlie, together with the celebrant, Carolyn, provided a caring and respectful service. We were kept well informed of progress and tactfully reminded when our input was needed. A difficult period made slightly less painful because of their care.

I cannot thank the Rainham Kent branch enough for guiding us through our chosen funeral path for my Mum. She was 101 and passed away in February. She had outlived most of her friends and family so we chose to have a direct cremation for her to be followed later in the spring by a small family celebratory lunch in her honour. Issy the young lady who we met on our visit to the funeral directors could not have been any more helpful and empathetic. She kept me informed from the start right through to the actual day of the cremation and I sincerely thank her for her understanding and compassion.

The Tributes page and live feed mad it possible for our overseas family and friends to be part of the ceremony I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the Co-Op in the future.

Instead we were left all weekend not knowing whether he had been cremated or not. I did get a phone call from the other jobshare member of staff on the Monday as she had noticed that no one had called us 3 days earlier. Obviously this whole episode was incredibly upsetting and cannot be rectified however she did pass my details onto her area manager for her to call. One week later, as I’d heard nothing, I contacted Head Office who apologis
