The staff at this location were very helpful through the whole funeral process and executed my father in laws funeral plan to the letter. The Celebrant they engaged, Angela Rowe, was excellent as were the staff at Faversham Crematorium. It was a great send off and the two lovely office staff and Carly, the Funeral Director were a credit to your organisation, taking a lot of the stress and planning from the family. Thank you for all your efforts throughout.

I can’t thank the team especially Susie and Jace enough for the care and compassion they showed while arranging my aunty’s funeral. From start to finish, they were professional, understanding, and genuinely supportive during such a difficult time. They took care of every detail and organised a truly beautiful send-off that reflected her life so perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family. Their kindness and dedication made a heartbreaking situation a little easier to bear. I would highly recommend their service
