The Coop recently arranged my grandparents funerals and Carol’s compassionate, caring and helpful nature has been a real source of strength to us as a family throughout this process. Carol has been super responsive and so knowledgable and respectful during the planning and execution of the funeral plans, she has made the entire process extremely easy. She is an asset to you and we would highly recommend her and the Coop in the future.

We found the service to be excellent. Used them in 2016 and totally pleased with all aspects of the service they gave. Their advice was invaluable and they were very supportive in a time of need. Even though we’ve now moved out of Canterbury we will definitely be using their services in the future.

She also commented on my mental health as though it was her place to. She spoke over me, didn't listen to me, repeated herself like I'm some kind of idiot. Left the roo
