So grateful for the outstanding kindness and help given from Niamh, such an incredible lady. Nothing was to much, took amazing care of my late husband keeping me up to date with all that was going on. Dan called me the day before the funeral to explain the day which was a nice comfort these bearers all so smart, calm and collected. We were so grateful for the care and support we received from Niamh at the Edenbridge office for our father’s funeral. She was exceptional throughout — always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She guided us gently and clearly through every step of the process, which made a very difficult time that much easier to manage. On the day of the funeral, Dan and the team of bearers were outstanding — calm, respectful, and thoroughly professional, even in the sweltering heat. Sasha was fabulous in helping us organise my mother's funeral. We were never rushed to make a decision, yet everything came together on time, with minimum stress. Sasha advised us on all aspects of the funeral, was always clear on costs, deadlines and requirements etc. Sasha excelled in finding a Church of Scotland minister for us, who was perfect. Alan and the rest of the staff on the day of the funeral were fabulous, patient and considerate, taking care to ensure my father (a wheelchair user) was comfortable. We were absolutely delighted with the service we received in arranging our mother’s funeral and service. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The on site chapel was just the best location for us. The whole of the service could not have been bettered. Niamh was delightful to work with and she carefully led us through everything which needed to be arranged. I can’t praise her professionalism enough. Nothing was too much trouble.
