I honestly wish I could give more stars! Bob Proctor and his team treated me so well when I was sorting my grandads funeral. I can't fault them at all! Bob was extremely kind and empathetic and approached his wprk in such a humane way. He treated my grandad with dignity at all times and that was truly appreciated.
