I can honestly say the service we received was absolutely lovely, from the moment the ambulance came and collected dad through to taking us to the wake the service was extremely professional, kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble and dad was treated with the utmost respect at all times, we are very happy with the service provided and grateful to dad for choosing Hemleys.

Thank you to Kay and Greg for your kindness , compassion and expertise to ensure our uncle’s funeral was exactly as we wished for him. We laid our dear mum to rest on the 8th June 2022. Joan our beloved mum was looked after from leaving the home until her committal. For those of you that have not ventured down this avenue before (like myself), you will be pleased to know that there is someone out there that can help and guide you right through Funeral process. In our case, we had a very relaxed, personal and informative experience throughout. Kay, the first person we spoke to in the Funeral Director's Parlour had years of experience and had such a manner that she calmed the grieving process down enough so that the arrangements could be made. Mum had been moved from Hampshire where she had worked out all the arrangements for her funeral. So I had to find another funeral directors who provided Dignity pre paid Funerals. Hemley were the closest to the care home where she passed. A little trouble finding the address at a busy time of day was the first and last issue I had with the arrangements. I found Kay kind and efficient, able to guide me in the details without imposing on me. All the arrangements were trouble free, which was a huge relief as I was managing everything alone. There were some small issues getting a date and time
