Shocking! Flowers for a funeral on February 14th 2025 did not arrive. When called, said they were delivered late. Family of bereaved had no card from the flowers given to them. Been trying to resolve this issue since February 14th to no avail and have called at least 5 times to get resolved but still 3 months later waiting for them to call me back with a resolution.
