As a celebrant, I have had the privilege of working with Jemma, the funeral arranger at Co-op Funeralcare on St Albans Road, on many occasions. Jemma consistently shows deep empathy and understanding toward the families she supports, guiding them through difficult times with genuine care.
Jon Richards, the Funeral Director, is also worthy of special mention. He is the consummate professional, always conducting the services I’ve worked on with him with dignity, respect, and unwavering attention to the needs of grieving families.
