Transporting my late husband and carrying into the chapel went well but I was very disappointed that Peter, the funeral director, did not place 'reserved' on the rows inside the chapel that I had requested. He promised that he would arrange this but he did not and so I was unable to sit with the people I wanted there for support. Very upsetting.

I will fill this in properly shortly. The only saving grace was the day itself. We were told who the funeral director was going to be four days before and it was us asking about the cortege that prompted being told. However, we never had our hand held at all with organising, we had to prompt throughout and caused the family upset. But what has caused furthermore discomfort is receiving an incorrect invoice, dated on the date of the funeral itself a shows no compassion from the co-op as a company, in a rush to get cash flow.
