Marie was excellent from the moment I booked to come in with my brother in law to arrange my sisters funeral. Marie was gentle, kind and reassuring. She really went out of her way to make sure that everything was done how we wanted. Ruth was our funeral director on the day and again we couldn’t have asked for someone who was kind and caring. Shocking service over 1 week now iv been trying to get a appointment to take my disabled aunt who’s 80 years old to plan her funeral , I called for a appointment the person took all my details & my aunts to be told someone will call me as they carnt make a appointment then another’s person called with all the chat asked all my aunts details to be told yet again he will pass her details over to someone else who never called me , today I went to the pagham office to be told I carnt make a appointment has to go through head office it’s a shambles’s I wouldn’t.
