Just wanted to say thank you to all at Co-op Funeralcare Drayton for helping with funeral arrangements for my mum. They are really a great team making this terrible death experience bearable. Special thank you to Anne-Marie. What a special and great person she is! On that very difficult and incredible day when I went to the mortuary to help dressing my mum for her final journey Anne-Marie made me feel so composed and at ease. Anne-Marie got to know my mum and was extremely kind. I am so grateful we did it together, and she helped me the way she did. I knew I was doing the right thing for my mu

From the first contact with Sarah, I was supported, gently guided and helped through the entire process in the kindest way. I cannot fault the service and help I received at every stage. We wanted an unusual and very personal service and we were fully supported and aided in achieving this. Sarah, Ryan and Emma were all brilliant. I'm so thankful to each of them, and grateful for helping me through such a difficult time. I never thought I would be able to lead a service myself, and they made that happen. I wholeheartedly recommend the team here and the service, support and kindness they gave.

From our first meeting with Sarah to Christopher’s final departure we were dealt with not only in a professional way which was second to none but with friendliness kindness and above all a feeling of they really cared and felt our loss. Lee at the service was outstanding in the way he spoke and conducted himself a true gentleman. Words cannot really express what I think of them only to say a heartfelt thank you Kind regards Phil Rumsey

Sarah & Emma are so friendly & professional at the same time. I chose Co-op Funeralcare due to the advert featuring the motorcycle hearse, well established reputation & locality. They offered a truly bespoke service & helped to give my dad the send off he deserved - they looked after him very well, even giving him a fresh shave. Thank you so much for your help & exceptional service.
