Posting on behalf of my mum Janette Hilton and my Uncle Gary Jolley... we would like to thank Banks funeral directors and Terri in particular for everything she has done for us at one of the most difficult times in our lives after the loss of our Dad Alf Jolley. Terri has gone above and beyond and shown nothing but respect and dignity to my dad whilst he has been under her care. We feel like we have known Terri for years her attentiveness has been second to none. Terri has gone out of her way to make our dads day as special as it could possibly be and we will forever be thankful for everything

Professional, down to earth and friendly staff made the day less stressful than it is.
Would recommend.
