R Banks of Atherton was always going to be our first choice of funeral director as an independent family firm. My Mum, Mary attended the church where the funeral home now is for over 40 years so we felt this was a fitting tribute for her final journey and to celebrate her life. The "Jesus chapel " was perfect where we were able to sit with Mum as often as we wished before the funeral. Mum even had a cup of tea to go with her . We were encouraged to share photos, her Bible and letters to accompany her . Lynne, Gemma and Lisa couldn't do enough to help us . They demonstrated sympathetic attent

Arranging a funeral is never the easiest in any circumstances. We have used this company twice with in the last year and I cannot speak highly enough of how they support, arrange and carryout the task. Lynne is an absolute brilliant funeral director she really does help you deal with coming to terms with the loss of a loved one. Thank you for your support to Lynne and her team.

I would Highly recommend R Banks &Son, It is such a nice,clean, respectable funeral home, the staff are always happy to answer any questions night or day, They looked after my grandfather very well and organised such an amazing funeral for him!
