Kilpatrick organised the funeral of my aunt, Mrs Ruth Gilford, on 16 February 2026, and everything went very smoothly! The communication with Reverend Rachel, the collection of the relatives, the laying out in the funeral hall, and finally the handover and burial of the ashes! We are from Austria and are not familiar with English funeral customs, so we were all the more delighted that Kilpatrick planned everything down to the smallest detail. Initial arrangements went well allthough we didn’t realise that we had to arrange the Order of Service separately from a print company. On the day of the funeral they were understaffed with only three ladies having to lift the coffin from hearse and onto the platform inside the crematorium.
