★☆☆☆☆ Highly stressful company to do funerals with. I along with my family just lost my brother to cancer and my older brother who works full time is not entitled to the funeral support payment (FSP), and ended up to setting the funeral up the funeral under his name.
This funeral company didn’t bother to check with my brother if I or my other siblings were in receipt of qualifying benefits, as I could have set up the funeral in my name which would have meant I could claim the funeral support payment, more so given a lot of people setting up funerals are on benefits and so it’s a no brainer!! 🤦♂️
