Lucy and the team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Lucy was so sympathetic to our needs for our mums send off. Always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions or concerns. The whole team really made the whole experience so much easier to come to terms with.

All the staff but specifically Lucy and Emma were very caring and supportive and clearly explained all the steps my late dad would follow. On the day of the funeral everything ran to time and the electric vehicles were amazing.

Amazing service provided by The Co-op funeral service at Wickford when organising my dads funeral, the ladies in the branch made what was a very stressful time easier to deal with, they took care of the smallest details and have been so kind and supportive. We had a wonderful celebrant and director on the day and cannot thank them enough for all they have done, we would recommend them without hesitation.

Cannot praise the wickford branch enough, Lucy dealt with our dad's funeral and in her absence a lovely young lady from the pitsea branch covered her (so sorry I cannot remember her name) but between them the service was just outstanding, from start to finish they were on top of everything, helping us out with our questions and the video montage. Our funeral director on the day (Emma) and the limousine drivers were phenomenal, so professional in their roles, yet so very personable to us, we felt very privileged to have such a superb service, we do not have enough words to thank them all.
