From the first time we walked in the door all the stress of having to try arrange everything was gone. Sally was absolutely amazing she sorted Everything for us and taken all that stress away. Thank you. She also arranged for Trevor who was doing the service to come visit us and he was also brilliant on the day. The flowers were outstanding. And the girls on the day were so professional. When our mum passed away we came to see Sally at the Rayleigh branch. As with our dad’s funeral Sally was there to support us through the planning. We are 6 daughters and we were all there to talk about what we wanted and as you can imagine there were lots of opinions. Although it was a sad time Sally was able to guide us and the whole process was made easier by her calm helpful manner. On the day of the funeral the staff were supportive and caring. As a family we cannot recommend the co-op funeral care enough. Totally professional from start to finish where every little detail was thought about, even if we hadn't thought about it at the time. Their attention to detail enabled us to give our mum a wonderful send-off. Knowing Mum was a keen bowler, they sourced a picture of bowls to put on the screen in the crematorium room which was a lovely little touch.
